Halfords Marketplace and Contacting Approved Partners
If you have a query or question about an order made from an Approved Partner then you'll need to get in touch directly with the Approved Partner.
If you have an account on the Halfords website and want to get in touch with the Approved Partner, then go to the My Account page and then your orders page. Click on the order you'd like to contact the seller about, and select Contact Seller. Then, choose the reason for contacting the seller and enter your message before selecting Send.
If you don't have an account, simply go to the Track My Order page and enter your order number and email. Then select Contact Seller, choose the reason for contacting the seller, and enter your message before sending.
Once you've sent an email to an Approved Partner, they'll need to respond to you within 3 working days. If they haven't acknowledged your email within 3 days, then please contact Halfords Customer Services using the form at the bottom of this page. You'll need to send us the order number and the dates on which you contacted the seller so that we can look into this for you.
Please note: If you contact Halfords Customer Services before trying to make contact with the Approved Partner then you'll be asked to contact the Approved Partner as the first step.
As much as we'd like to help everyone who contacts us, we receive an average of five requests for support each day. Unfortunately it's just not possible for us to help everyone.

In addition, this year over 10,000 children have attended a free Kids Bike Club at our stores to learn the basics of bike maintenance. We are also supporting the Scout Association too, helping Cubs towards their cycle badge.
